Arrival, Monday 3:30pm
Ready for things to proceed, reading the instructions
After a not completely unpleasant 26 hours occupying various locations, here we are in-transit off to see the wizard (June 20)
Yep, that did the trick (warning: a little gory, but quite impressive)
A minute later, tucked up under Mum's chin (Susie's O2 mask lower left)
Ten minutes later, Dad hangs out with baby in the nursery, and Juliette notices the world looks a bit different to how it did that morning
And the score is..... 3.2kg
Okay - who's lost a peg ?
Ninety minutes after her (Juliette's) first breath, and news is travelling fast

The days following

Ah, this ain't so hard
Proud mother, with a daughter who's doubled in age in the last 24 hours. This can't continue!
Yeah, and Dad too
Very first bath, a traumatic event, with possibly one or two to follow. (First nappy is left as an imagination exercise for the reader)
Ah, that warn't so bad after all
Day three, and Dad's maybe starting to get into this, just a little bit.
A fabulous gift of flowers and bears from Juliette's northern grandparents (thanks Mum and Dad!)
Juliette relaxing with her new friend, after a long day.

With Auntie Sharon and Uncle Graeme.
Meeting cousins Melissah and Kim.
Awww Mum, why can't we ?!
Group shot
The diamond bracelet goes here, thanks
Looking very chic in a squirrel suit from Grandma
Another shot, straight down the barrel

   Northern Grandparents being quietly pleased
   Grandparents going "hands-on"
More shots with cousins & uncles
A day out, promenading at Balmoral
Anyway, the best part of sailing is the hats you get to wear, now they've finally let me peek at what goes on up on deck
      Three months old

Four months, and hangin' with the fam'
Five months, the joy of cellophane, cruising with dad, and how I'd look with full hair

The big "point oh five", the Xmas season, and the joy of hats
